This policy explains what the Julie Pickren campaign collects through this website, why we collect it, and how you can have it removed.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us through a form on this site. Depending on the form, that may include your name, email address, phone number, city, ZIP code, mailing address, the interests you select, and any message you write.
We also record which page a submission came from and any campaign tracking parameters in the link you followed, so we understand which outreach is working. We do not store your IP address, and we do not use advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To reply to you when you contact the campaign
- To coordinate volunteer shifts, events, and yard sign deliveries
- To send campaign updates
- To understand which outreach efforts bring supporters to the site
When you join the email list we add your address to our campaign list in Brevo. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing the campaign. We will remove you from our records unless we are legally required to retain something for campaign finance reporting.
